An Act to amend the Economic And Social Development Loans (Issue of Bonds) Act No. 24 of 1985.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF ACT No. 24 OF 1985

1. The Economic And Social Development Loans (Issue of Bonds) Act No. 24 of 1985 is amended in subsection (2) of section 2 by substituting the figures "1,360" and "1,600" respectively for the figures "300" and "750".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette.
