THE DEBITS TAX (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 26 OF 2003

An Act to amend the Debits Tax Act No. 26 of 2002

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1. Amendments
   

The Debits Tax Act No. 26 of 2002 is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2. Commencement
   

This Act commences on 1 January 2004.

AMENDMENTS OF THE DEBITS TAX
ACT NO. 26 OF 2002

1. Section 4
   

Delete "1,000", substitute "5,000".

2. Schedule (Item 1 of Debits Tax Amounts Table)
   

Delete "1,000", substitute "5,000".
