DEBITS TAX (REPEAL) ACT NO. 7 OF 2004

An Act to repeal the Debits Tax Act No. 26 of 2002.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Repeal of Act

The Debits Tax Act No. 26 of 2002 is repealed.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on 1 January 2005.
