An Act to amend the Decentralization Act [CAP 127].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE TO CHAPTER 127

1. The Schedule to the Decentralization Act [CAP 127] is amended in PART 2 by repealing paragraph "(a)".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1992.
