CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (RATIFICATION)
ACT NO. 25 OF 2008

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Ratification

The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
