Assent: 14 July 2005-12-12
Commencement: 31 August 2005

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
