ACT NO. 10 0F 2005

Assent: 14 July 2005
Commencement: 31 August 2005

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and their Destruction.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and their Destruction is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
