An Act to provide for the ratification of the
Convention on the Conservation and Management of Tuna Stocks and Other Highly
Migratory
Fish Stocks in Western and Central Pacific Ocean.
Be it enacted by the President and Parliament
as
follows-
1 RATIFICATION
The Conservation and Management of Tuna Stocks and Other Highly Migratory Fish Stocks in Western and Central Pacific Ocean is ratified.
A copy of the Convention is attached.
2 COMMENCEMENT
This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
