THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND
INDUSTRY OF VANUATU (AMENDMENT) ACT

NO. 32 OF 2000

An Act to amend the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vanuatu Act No. 4 of 1995 (the "Principal Act").

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 18

1. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended by deleting from subsection (1) the words "at least one third of whom must be women" and substituting the words "at least one of whom must be a woman".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
