CUSTOMARY LAND TRIBUNAL (REPEAL)
ACT NO. 34 OF 2013

An Act to repeal the Customary Land Tribunal Act [CAP 271].
Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Repeal
The Customary Land Tribunal Act [CAP 271] is repealed.

2 Commencement
This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
