CIVIL AVIATION (RATIFICATION) ACT
NO. 11 OF 2002

An Act to provide for the ratification of a Protocol Relating to an Amendment to Article 50(a) of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:-

1 RATIFICATION

The Protocol Relating to an Amendment to Article 50(a) of the Convention on International Civil Aviation signed at Montreal on 26 October 1990 to increase the size of the Council as established by that Article from 33 to 36 contracting states is ratified. A copy of the Protocol is annexed hereto.

2 COMMENCEMENT

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

Explanatory Note
