BEER (AMENDMENT) ACT
No. 7 OF 1991

An Act to amend the Beer Act No. 53 of 1989.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

REPLACEMENT OF SCHEDULE 1 TO ACT NO. 53 OF 1989

1. Schedule 1 to the Beer Act No. 53 of 1989 is repealed and the following Schedule is substituted:-

"Schedule 1

Rate of duty on beer brewed for sale - VT 60 per litre."

COMMENCEMENT
2. This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on July 1, 1991.
