THE AGREEMENT ON THE INTERNATIONAL DOLPHIN CONSERVATION PROGRAM (RATIFICATION) ACT
NO. 35 2003

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Agreement on the International Dolphin Conservation Program

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

(1) The Agreement on the International Dolphin Conservation Program 1998 is ratified.

(2) A copy of the Agreement is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
