CONVENTION (RATIFICATION) ACT

NO. 5 of 2006

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Abolition of Forced Labour Convention, 1957.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Abolition of Forced Labour Convention, 1957 is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
