AGREEMENT AMENDING THE ACP-EU PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (RATIFICATION) ACT
NO. 6 of 2008

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Agreement Amending the ACP-EU Partnership Agreement.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Ratification

The Agreement Amending the ACP-EU Partnership Agreement is ratified.

A Copy of the Agreement is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
