THE APPROPRIATION (2008)
ACT NO. 26 OF 2007

An Act to provide for the appropriation of funds for the services of the Government for the year ending on 31 December 2008.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1. APPROPRIATION

The amount of VT 13,327,774,005 is to be issued from the public funds of the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu for the year ending on 31 December 2008 and is appropriated as set out in the Schedule.

2. COMMENCEMENT

This Act commences on 1 January 2008.
