ACT NO. 21 OF 2010

An Act to ratify the Amendments to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer [CAP 232].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Ratification

The 1997 Montreal amendments to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer [CAP 232] is ratified.

A copy of the Amendment is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
