1993 AGREEMENT TO PROMOTE COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT MEASURES BY FISHING VESSELS ON THE HIGH SEAS (RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 24 OF 2013

An Act to provide for the ratification of the 1993 Agreement to promote compliance with international conservation and management measures by fishing vessels on the high seas.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The 1993 Agreement to promote compliance with international conservation and management measures by fishing vessels on the high seas is ratified.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
