The Defendants herein not having responded to the Claimant’s claims within 14 days and not having entered a defence within 28 days thereafter as required by the Rules of Court and the Orders dated 6th December 2004,

It is hereby adjudged that the Claimant do recover damages and costs to be assessed against the Defendants on a date to be notified.
