ORDER

Upon reading the letter by Mr Chris Tavoa dated 7th May 2004 purporting to act on behalf of the Estates of the Judgment Debtor seeking that the hearing of this matter be adjourned to the week of 14th June 2004,

And considering that the letter has been copied to Mr Willie J. Kapalu of counsel for the Judgment Creditors,

And considering that in fairness to the Judgment Debtor that they be heard through legal counsel,

Now therefore I order that –

(1) The hearing listed for 2 O’clock p.m today be vacated.

(2) The matter will be heard on Monday 14th June 2004 at 2 O’clock in the afternoon.
