UPON hearing Mr Eric Sciba for the Public Prosecutor, and upon hearing Mr Chris Tavoa for the Accused,

I hereby Order that –

1. The matter be adjourned to Tuesday 15th June 2004 at 0830 hours (a.m) for the Accused to enter their pleas.

2. The Accuseds area allowed bail on the same Bail Conditions specified in paragraph (2) of the Orders of this Court dated 26th March 2004 (as attached).
