ORDER

UPON hearing Mr Richard Kalses for the Respondents and Mr Jean-Marie Vatu on behalf of the Applicants, I hereby Order that –

(1) The hearing for the Applicants application be adjourned for the last time to Tuesday 25th May 2004 at 0830 hours.

(2) The Applicants will pay the Respondent’s costs of 15th March 2004 fixed at VT15.000 and the costs thrown away for today at VT10.000.

(3) The total costs of VT25.000 shall be paid by the Applicants before 25th May 2004.
