DIRECTIONS

Upon hearing the Claimant herein in person, and upon hearing Mr Tom Joe of Counsel for the Defendants, it is hereby ordered and directed that –

1. The Defendants file and serve a Response and Defence and Counter-claim (if any) within 14 days from the date of this order.

2. Parties will disclose their documents (if need be) within a further 14 days thereafter.

3. Parties will carry out inspections (if need be) within a further 14 days thereafter.

4. Parties are encouraged to engage in negotiations to reach possible settlement within the periods allowed under paragraphs 1 – 3 above.

5. Matter be listed for a further conference after 42 days from today.

6. Costs to be in the cause.
