ORDER


Upon hearing Mr Jack I. Kilu for the Applicant on an application for taxation of costs, and upon reading the sworn statement of Counsel dated 24th March 2004,

And satisfying myself that the Defendants have neither responded nor objected to the costs being claimed by the Applicant at the usual rate of VT10.000 per hour,

I therefore Order that –

1. The First and Second Defendant pay the Applicant’s costs fixed on taxation in the following sums:-

(a) VT92.248 – Per memorandum of costs dated 17th November 2003.
(b) VT15,000 – Costs of Application for Taxation (Filing Fees)
(c) VT58.000 – Travelling, Accommodation and subsistence costs.
(d) VT20.000 – For Preparation and Attending a hearing.

2. The Defendants will pay the Applicant a total of VT182,248 within 28 days from the date of this Order.
