ORDER

1. Summary judgment is given for the claimant in the sum of VT18,851,034.

2. Any sums the defendant wishes to set-off or counterclaim, as set out in his affidavit or otherwise, must be the subject of a specific counterclaim to be filed and served by 3 p.m. on 16th June.

3. The defendant is to pay the claimant’s costs on the standard basis as agreed or determined.

4. There will be a further hearing on 10th June at 8.30 a.m. to assess costs and hear any applications.
