ENFORCEMENT ORDER
UPON hearing Mr.
Kiel Loughman of the State Law Office on behalf of the second, third and fourth
respondents, the Court makes the following
Orders:
1. THAT the second, third and fourth respondents agree to make two (2) monthly instalment payments of the total amount of compensation and costs of VT370,872 (290,872 VT + 80,000 VT) to the plaintiff in the following ways:
(a) the first instalment payment will be made in the month of May 2003; and
(b) the second and last instalment payment will be made in the month of June 2003.
2. THAT the second, third and fourth respondents shall comply with the Orders 1(a) & (b) above.
