JUDGEMENT

The Plaintiff obtained judgement in his favour on appeal on 10th July, 2000 for a meagre sum of VT 5.670 outstanding since 1994.

On 28th November, 2000 the Plaintiff took out a Judgement Summons against the defendant to appear before this Court to be examined as to his means of satisfying the debt.

Mr. Hakwa appeared on this date and confirmed he had paid VT 5.000 to the Registry a couple of days prior to the return date . The only amount outstanding was the sum of VT 670.

The defendant undertook to the Court that he would pay this amount immediately at the end of the Court hearing. Upon this undertaking the Court directed the Parties to attend the Registry for the Plaintiff to be paid the sum of VT 5.000 and for the Defendant to pay the balance of VT 670. It is understood that the balance has been paid off by the Defendant to the Plaintiff and that therefore the matter is now settled and the case is now at end.

Dated this 5th day of December, 2000 .

OLIVER A. SAKSAK
