PUBLIC PROSECUTOR

TOMMY STEPHENS AND

RAPKES ANDY

 

BAIL CONDITIONS

 

UPON a plea of "Not-guilty" entered by the Court from the two Accuseds,

 

AND upon application for bail by Mr Hillary Toa on behalf of the Accuseds,

 

AND upon hearing Mrs Kayleen Tavoa,

 

IT IS ORDERED THAT the Accuseds herein be allowed bail on the following conditions:-

 

(1)       The Accuseds will not have direct conversation with the prosecutrix.

 

(2)       The Accuseds will not interfere with any prosecution witnesses.

 

(3)       The Accuseds will not leave Luganville or Santo.

 

(4)       The Accuseds will report to Police on Thursday each week in the morning until trial.

 

(5)       The Accuseds will keep the peace and order in the community.

 

(6)       The Accuseds will report to the Court House before 9 O'clock on Wednesday 8th March 2000 to stand trial which has been fixed for 8th, 9th and 10th March 2000.
