The Applicant, neither his counsel fail to appear when called three times.

Also in compliance with rules in paying fees, it appears that no fees were paid on filing of such document.

No information received from the Applicant as to why the case cannot go on today.

In view of what I just stated about it is only proper that this matter be strike out.
