AND UPON Hearing Ms Kayleen Tavoa for the Public Prosecutor in oposition to the application,

 

IT IS ORDERED THAT -

 

(1)       Bail be refused.

 

(2)       The Defendant be remanded into custody and to remain therein until his trial.
