ORDER
UPON HEARING Mr Jonathan Baxter-Wright for the Third Applicant,
AND UPON HEARING Messrs Ozols, Malcolm, Hurley and Ms Barlow and the Eighth Respondents respectively,
AND UPON HEARING Mr Andre Francois in person,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:-
(1). The Application for leave to appeal be adjourned to a date to be fixed by the Registry.
(2) SELB Pacific Limited, the Third Applicant be withdrawn from the Application for leave to appeal.
(3) Mr and Mrs Lenisa, the Second Applicants herein be required to file a Memorandum of Appearance by a solicitor or barrister properly admitted to practise in Vanuatu Courts within 14 days from the date of this Order.
(4) There be no stay of execution of the Orders of this Honourable Court as regards costs contained in Judgment dated 17th November 1997.
(5) The costs of today’s hearing be paid to all the Respondents in attendance and the Third Applicant by Mr Francois, First Applicant solely.
