SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET ACT 2019

AN ACT TO AUTHORISE THE APPROPRIATION OF MONEYS FROM THE CONSOLIDATED FUND PURSUANT TO SECTION 165(2)(B) OF THE CONSTITUTION

COMMENCEMENT [17TH APRIL 2019]

1 Authorization

The Supplementary Budget 2019 is presented in pursuant to the requirements under section 165(2)(b) of the Constitution with payment to be effected before 31 December 2019.

2 Appropriated Amount

(1) Additional funds in the sum not exceeding two million and eight-hundred thousand dollars (AUD$2,800,000.00 million) are required to fund additional accommodation to house delegates for the Pacific Islands Leaders Forum Meeting 2019.

(2) The additional funds under subsection (1) shall be appropriated in accordance with the Schedule for such purpose.
