AN ACT to repeal the Import Levy (Special Fund) Act.

Enacted by the Parliament of Tuvalu-

Citation and Commencement

1. This Act may be cited as the Import Levy (Special Fund) (Repeal) Act 1991 and shall take effect on 31^st December 1991.

Repeal of Cap. 68

2. The Import Levy (Special Fund) Act is hereby repealed.
