1999 APPROPRIATION ACT 1999

An Act to authorise an appropriation of moneys out of the Consolidated Fund for expenditures for the service of the year ending 31st December, 1999.


ENACTED by the Parliament of Tuvalu-


Short title


1. This Act may be cited as the 1999 Appropriation Act 1999.


Authorisation of expenditures


2. The Minister may, by warrant under his hand, authorise the issue from the Consolidated Fund for the service of Tuvalu for the financial year ending 31st December, 1999 of a sum not exceeding twenty three million eight hundred and ten thousands two hundred and fifty dollars ($23,810,250) which sum shall be appropriated in accordance with the Schedule for the purposes specified.
