WHARVES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992

AN ACT TO AMEND THE WHARVES ACT

I assent,

24th September, 1992

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Wharves (Amendment) Act 1992.

(2) The Wharves Act, Chapter 138, as amended, is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

2. Schedule C of the Principal Act is amended by deleting the words and figures:

"All other vessels $0.02 per GRT"

and substituting the words and figures:

"All other foreign going vessels $0.05 per GRT

Coasting vessels (Local) $0.02 per GRT"

Passed in the Legislative Assembly this 8th day of September, 1992.
