REMUNERATION AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT 2011

AN ACT TO AMEND THE REMUNERATION AUTHORITY ACT 2010

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. Short Title
   

(1) This Act may be cited as the Remuneration Authority (Amendment) Act 2011.

(2) The Remuneration Authority Act 2010 shall be referred to in this Act as the Principal Act.

2 Schedule Amended

The Schedule of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "Solicitor General" and "Crown Counsels" in the appropriate places.
