Land (Amendment) Act No 19 of 1999

LAND (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 19 OF 1999

AN ACT
TO AMEND THE LAND ACT

[17th October, 1999]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Land (Amendment) Act 1999.

(2) The Land Act (Cap 132), as amended, is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

2. The Principal Act is amended by repealing section 16 thereof.

Passed by the Legislative Assembly this 7th day of October, 1999.
