IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1989

AN ACT TO AMEND THE IMMIGRATION ACT

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Act 1989.

2 Tongan National Passport

The Immigration Act is amended by inserting the following paragraph in section 7(1):

"(1) a person who holds a current Tongan National Passport, subject to Section 31 of the Passport Act".

Passed in the Legislative Assembly this 14th day of September, 1989.
