CONTINENTAL SHELF (REPEAL) ACT 2009

AN ACT

TO REPEAL THE CONTINENTAL SHELF ACT

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Continental Shelf (Repeal) Act 2009.

(2) This Act shall come into force on the same day as the Maritime Zones Act 2009.

2. The Continental Shelf Act (Cap. 63) is hereby repealed.
