THE 1995 SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION ACT 1996

(NO. 8 OF 1996)

Passed by the National Parliament this third day of December 1996.

Assented to Her Majesty’s name and on Her Majesty’s behalf this twenty-first day of January 1997.

Date of commencement: date of publication in the Gazette.

AN ACT To Appropriate twelve million seven hundred and twenty eight thousand and eight hundred and ninety four dollars to the service of the year ending 31^st December 1995.

ENACTED by the National Parliament of Solomon Islands.

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the 1995 Supplementary Appropriation Act 1996.

Authorisation of issue from the Consolidated Fund of $12,728,894 to the service of 1995.

2. The issue from the Consolidated Fund hereby authorised of the sum of twelve million seven hundred and twenty eight thousand and eight hundred and ninety four dollars to be applied to the service of the year ending 31st December 1995.

Appropriation.

3. The sum specified in the preceding section shall be appropriated for the supply of the heads specified and in the amounts respectively specified in relation thereto, in the Schedule to this Act.
