PRESCRIPTION OF JUDGES (COURT OF APPEAL)

AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE NUMBER OF JUDGES OF THE COURT OF APPEAL

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Prescription of Judges (Court of Appeal) Act.

Number of Judges

2. There shall be not less than five nor more than ten Justices of Appeal appointed to the Court of Appeal of Solomon Islands.
