My dear Minister


I have the honour to refer to the Agreement between the Government of New Zealand and the Government of Fiji concerning Air Services done at Suva on 26 April 1979 (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) and to propose that the existing Schedule which forms part of the Agreement be deleted and replaced with the following:

Note: Points on the routes set out in Section 1 and Section 2 of this schedule may be omitted on any or all flights provided that each service begins or ends in the territory of the Contracting Party which has designated the airline in question.


If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Fiji, I have the further honour to propose that this Note together with your reply shall constitute an Agreement between our two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date of your Note in reply.
