ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS.

INDEPENDENT STATE OF PAPUA NEW GUINEA.

AN ACT

entitled

Unauthorized Expenditure and Re-Allocation (Validation) No.2) Act 1993,

Being an Act to validate –

(a) unauthorized expenditure over appropriation; and

(b) unauthorized re –allocation of unexpended appropriation over permitted re –allocation,

for the service of the financial year ending 31 December 1992,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. VALIDATION OF UNAUTHORIZED EXPENDITURE..

The expenditure of the sum of K31, 913, 200.00 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 1992, being a sum unauthorized and in excess of the sums appropriated for that financial year by the Appropriation Act 1991, is hereby validated.

2. VALIDATION OF UNAUTHORIZED RE –ALLOCATION..

The re –allocation of the sum of K53,275, 900.00 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 1992, being a sum unauthorized and in excess of the amount of re –allocation of unexpected appropriation permitted by the Appropriation Act 1991, is hereby validated.
