AN ACT

entitled

Parliamentary Members' Compensation Act 1973,

Being an Act to apply the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Act to members of the Parliament.

. APPLICATION OF WORKERS’ COMPENSATION ACT TO MEMBERS OF THE PARLIAMENT.

The Workers’ Compensation Act 1978 applies to members of the Parliament for all purposes as if they were employed by the State under a contract of service to perform the duties of a member.
