MADE under the Land Disputes Settlement Act 1975.

1. NOTICE OF APPEAL.

A notice of appeal against a decision of a Local Land Court shall–

(a) if given orally–be reduced in writing to; or

(b) if given by written notice–be in,

Form 1.

2. DEPOSIT ON APPEAL.

(1) For the purposes of Section 57(1) of the Act, the amount of deposit on appeal shall be–

(a) in the case of an appeal by a person–K100.00; and

(b) in the case of an appeal by a group of persons–K500.00.
