MADE under the Land (Tenure Conversion) Act 1963.

1. CITATION.

These Regulations may be cited as the Land (Tenure Conversion) Regulation 1964.

2. DEFINITIONS.

In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears–

“the Act” means the Land (Tenure Conversion) Act 1963.

3. FORM OF AN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION.

For the purposes of Section 7 of the Act an application for registration shall be in the form in the Schedule to this Regulation.
