ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS.

Criminal Law (Compensation) Regulation 1992

MADE by the Head of State, acting with, and in accordance with, the advice of the National Executive Council under the Criminal Law (Compensation) Act 1991.

1. MEANS ASSESSMENT REPORT.

A request for a means assessment report under Section 4(1)(a) of the Act shall be in Form 1.

2. ADVICE CONCERNING REQUEST FOR MEANS ASSESSMENT REPORT.

An advice to the court under Section 4(2)(b) of the Act that it is not practicable to furnish a report shall be in Form 2.

3. COMPENSATION ORDER.

A compensation order under Section 5(1)(a) at the Act shall be in Form 3.

4. APPLICATION FOR SUSPENSION OR VARIATION OF COMPENSATION ORDER.

An application under Section 8 of the Act by the Chief Probation Officer for suspension or variation of a compensation order shall be in Form 4.

5. ORDER DISCHARGING OR VARYING A COMPENSATION ORDER.

An order under Section 8 of the Act discharging or varying a compensation order shall be in Form 5.
