PRESENT: The Premier and Ministers of Cabinet
PURSUANT to section 15 of the Niue Transport Act 1965, the Cabinet of Ministers hereby makes the following regulations:

REGULATIONS
1. Title - These regulations may be cited as the Transport (Annual Licence Fees) Regulations 1991.
2. Annual licence fees - There shall be payable for the issue of annual licences for motor vehicles, the fees set out in the Schedule to these regulations.

SCHEDULE
| Type of motor Vehicle | Annual fee |

| Power cycle | $15 |
| Motor cycle | $30 |
| Motor cycle for hire | $45 |
| Motor car | $45 |
| Pick-up, van, or station wagon | $45 |
| Trailer | $10 |
| Heavy trade vehicle | $75 |
| Motor vehicle (other than motorcycle) for hire | $75 |
| Tractor | $25 |
| For every duplicate annual licence where original is lost or destroyed | $10 |
These regulations are administered by the Police Department
