Niue Customs Tariff (General Amendment) Regulations 2006

PURSUANT to Section 7 of the Niue Customs Tariff Act 1982, No. 77
the Cabinet of Ministers hereby makes the following Regulations:

1 Short title and Commencement - These Regulations may be cited as the Niue Customs Tariff (General Amendments) Regulations 2006, and shall be deemed to have come into force on this 17th day of October 2006.

2 Customs Tariff Schedule - Every reference to "The Pacific Harmonised Customs Tariff Schedule 1995" in any enactment, agreement, instrument, application, notice or other documents whatsoever; shall after the commencement of these Regulations be read as "The Pacific Harmonised Customs Tariff Schedule 1996".
