AN ACT

to amend the Niue Tourist Authority Act 1995

1. Short title

(1) This Act may be cited as the Niue Tourist Authority Amendment Act 2003.

2. Section 22 of the Niue Tourist Authority Act 1995 amended

(1) Section 22, subsection 3 of the Niue Tourist Authority Act 1995 is hereby repealed.

The Niue Assembly passed this Act on the 17th day of September 2003.
